I hope this is not true as this would be an outrage. I use the same accountant and he has never made a proposal like this to me. However I have never seen an invoice rasied to me and I have been paying him monthly which I assumed I could claim the vat back.
Please could you forward me your details because you have concerned me and I will need to speak to Mr Jheelan myself as want to make sure I am not caught up in this potential tax evasion.
